Artwork Guidelines
- PNG (transparent), JPG 300 dpi, PDF, or SVG.
- Recommended print area for 11 oz mug wrap: ~20 × 9 cm.
- RGB. Avoid ultra-thin lines (<1 px).
Turnaround & Process
- Send artwork + item/quantity.
- We confirm proof and final quote.
- Invoice payment → production.
- Lead time: 5-10 business days + shipping/pickup.
Care
- Hand-wash or top-rack dishwasher preferred.
- No abrasive pads.
